Grounds and gardens

The 100 acre Penryn Campus is set amongst the historic gardens of Tremough House, an 18th century manor house. Visitors can take in the walled garden and orchard, herbaceous beds, sub-tropical planting, Italianate garden and terraces.

We had a lovely time using Penryn Summer Apartments as our base to travel all over Cornwall sampling different beaches and places each day. As student apartments, you can hear a lot of movement noise and talking from the floors above but thankfully on many of the nights there was no-one above us. Beds could have been more comfortable. Would definitely recommend these apartments to people on a tight budget.

Great Place to explore South & West Cornwall....
Mr Mashood A

breakfast was not included in this booking but the overall impression was excellent. We were surprised that the rooms were all en-suite and towels were provided this was not clear on the website. We will certainly recommend the facility and will be visiting again in the future.
